  • Of course! Tracking calories and macros is only a small part of the process, and, being honest, most people can achieve their fat loss goals without it. We will provide other methods that we consider better for most, being more friendly and realistic to use for life.

  • Everything is super simple.

    We will share a personal Google Drive Folder with you with all the resources, e-books and trackers you need so you can keep these forever.

    Your coaching meetings will be done with Google Meets, so it’s as simple as sharing a link and adding it to your calendar.

  • We believe in real connections, so we will be in direct contact with you via WhatsApp, direct message or email.

    We will give you a number of available slots, and we will confirm when is best for you. But don’t worry, we are quite flexible.

    That being said, a food scale could come handy in some scenarios, but it’s not needed.
