Of course! Tracking calories and macros is only a small part of the process, and, being honest, most people can achieve their fat loss goals without it. We will provide other methods that we consider better for most, being more friendly and realistic to use for life.

We will share a personal Google Drive Folder with you with all the resources, e-books and trackers you need so you can keep these forever.
Your coaching meetings will be done with Google Meets, so it’s as simple as sharing a link and adding it to your calendar.

That being said, a food scale could come handy in some scenarios, but it’s not needed.

No, you don't need prior experience with tracking calories or macros. You don’t need any previous knowledge on nutrition either. Our approach focuses on food quality and portion control rather than strict calorie counting. We'll teach you simple, practical methods to balance your meals without the need for complex tracking. However, if you're interested in learning about macros, we do cover the basics to help you make informed choices.
